Ski slope closed:
Notice that a ski slope or route is closed for safety reasons of all kinds (stones, icing, avalanche danger, etc.). Skiing outside marked pistes and in forests or wooded areas is strictly prohibited!
Avalanche danger:
The sign with the avalanche slope is located in open terrain in places where there may be a risk of avalanches. It serves as a permanent warning and is a supplement to the avalanche warning flashing lights on the panorama boards.
Yellow flashing light:
Acute avalanche danger away from secured ski slopes! Closed lifts and pistes: The management reserves the right to close lifts and pistes at short notice in the event of technical difficulties, storms, etc.. In such cases and in the event of unforeseen departure, there is no entitlement to a refund or extension.
Slope and rescue service:
The piste and rescue service only monitors the marked and open pistes. Accident reporting points are all lift stations. If you notice an accident, please provide us with precise information about the location of the accident (piste name, departure number, etc.). This will help us to rescue the victim as quickly as possible. The last inspection run of the piste service starts approx. 15 minutes after the respective lift system closes. The instructions of the piste service must be followed and the slopes must be descended to the valley and left quickly. Rescue costs for the piste rescue service amount to € 135.00.
Operating times:
Please refer to the information at the individual boarding points for the operating times of our facilities, which may differ from those generally indicated due to various influences. As a rule, we operate our lifts from 9:00 - 16:00.
General information:
Ski passes are non-transferable and must be presented at the request of the ticket inspector. Subsequent exchange, extension or postponement of the period of validity are not possible. The individual services to which ski passes entitle the holder are provided by legally independent companies. In all other respects, the conditions of carriage valid for the individual lifts apply.
Refunds:

Refund from the day the ski pass is deposited at a ski pass cash desk. The refund is the difference to the price of a ski pass with the duration of the days elapsed up to the date of deposit. The days of use are deemed to be the days from the first day of validity of the ski pass until it is deposited. No refund in the event of early departure, shutdown of the lifts due to events beyond the company's control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, etc., as well as in the event of shutdown of individual lifts or closure of ski runs. No refunds will be made after 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
