  • Families from 1 adult (parent) + 1 child/youth receive the family rate from the purchase of a 3-day ski pass.
  • Family bonus: the third and further own children up to 15 years (born 2009 and younger) receive a free ski pass with proof of family membership (presentation of confirmation of family allowance from the tax office (Austria) / child benefit certificate (Germany))! The family bonus cannot be combined with the Echt. Fair. Ticket. Valid from a 3 day skipass.
  • Patchwork families: The family rate/bonus is also granted to patchwork families if it can be proven by means of a registration form that the children live in the same household as the family.

Live music with the Gasteiner Tanzlmusi at Barons Hochalm from 12.30 pm
2 pm visit from mascot Tilly

8th Taxenbach market run

The Taxenbach Market Run is an annual running event in the municipality of Taxenbach in Salzburger Land. Runners of all ages compete in various distances. The event attracts sports enthusiasts from the region and in addition to the sporting competition, a colorful supporting program provides entertainment.

The Rauris Valley with the villages of Rauris and Taxenbach in the Hohe Tauern National Park in Austria. Experience a vacation full of relaxation in nature in the mountains - in the Rauris Valley in Salzburger Land. In winter, skiing and snowboarding in the Hochalmbahnen ski area is particularly popular with families. Away from the slopes, you have the opportunity to enjoy nature on snowshoe hikes, winter hikes, cross-country skiing, horse-drawn carriage rides, ski tours, ice climbing, toboggan runs and in the Raurisertal Ski Touring Center during your winter vacation in the Alps. Take part in exciting events such as the Judo Ski Days, the Harvest Festival, the Stallion Drive or the Rauris Literature Days.

In Taxenbach, you can get to know the village from a different perspective on an evening torchlight hike or a snowshoe hike. All events as well as our Bauernherbst can be found in the event calendar.
