Hochalmbahnen - Your hiking paradise in the Hohen Tauern

With the 6-seat cabin railway of the Rauriser Hochalmbahnen you reach the gold wash place at the middle station or the one at the central station near the grab bird control room in a few minutes.

These stations are the starting point for many relaxing migrations with a wonderful view on the group of gold mountains, Großglockner, low Tauern (Niedere Tauern), stone Mees(Steinernes Mees), high king (Hochkönig) and roof stone (Dachstein).

The newly constructed “Bergsee”, close to the summit terminal of the Hochalm lifts, is regarded as an oasis of recreation, inviting visitors to enjoy delightful strolls and while away special moments soaking in those glorious mountains vistas!
